White UFO probe caught flying very low over Vaughan houses in Canada

I was visiting a friend in the grand Toronto area this week when I was outside on the phone I saw this and switched to my camera app but lost it shortly after when it went into or above the clouds. Did anybody else see it? It was on Thursday the 8th.
