UFO playing in the clouds over Budapest in Hungary is caught on video

On this UFO video we can see an unidentified flying object playing around in the clouds at the horizon. If this craft is not a UFO we have to wonder what is it considering that no airplane could move around like this, and some movement are much too fast for any known helicopter.
