Pulsating Sphere UFO in the night in Quito, Ecuador - Video 2012

UFO sightings report : I shot this on my sony handycam with 60x zoom. It was Tuesday March 13, 2012 from about 11:05 to 11:30pm. I noticed what seemed to be the size of a star in the night sky, but pulsating very oddly.
I recorded it over a period of approximately 30 mins. I moved my cam tripod around a bit, within the area of about 1m x 1m, but always had the top of my bamboo patio wall as a frame of reference for how high in the sky the object was.
It seems that it drops out of site during the last 3 minutes of my video... so I now think it wasn't a star. UFOs are common here in Ecuador, and over the past 2 years I have seen a couple of really strange things...
this is the first I got on video, though. I looked around on youtube and found that 1) this night was 15 years since the Phoenix 1997 incident, and 2) on the same night as me there were sitings in Concepcion, Chile and Florida... check them out.
