UFO decloaking to get energy from the power plant - Chelyabinsk 2012

UFOs seen over the power plant of Chelyabinsk on February 8 2012 during the day. We can see on this UFO video flying orbs coming out of the clouds going down toward the building of the power plant and then disappearing. Its seems that the UFOs have to come out of some cloaking to then pass by the power plant to retrieve energy and then just re-cloak themselves. once they are done
