Bright Glowing Orb over Naval Weapons station Seal beach, CA - 2012

UFO sightings report : I saw this object on the 2/14/12 at 8 pm from my 2nd story window. I took my camera to film it but my camera was out of battery.
The object seem to be locate by the Navy base (Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach) in Seal Beach, California.
I watch it for about 15 minute with my binocular and saw it took off rapidly toward Catalina Island but then it came back to the same position near the Navy base in Seal Beach, California.
It then took off quickly and disappear. I look out of my window again tonight (February 15 2012) around 8 pm and there was the object again at the same spot.
This time I have my camera fully charge and filmed it for at least 9 minute but then I am out of memory on my chip.
I tried to delete some video and started filming the object again but it took off.
My wife saw a UFO next to our home in November of last year about 300-500 feet high moving about 40 mph toward Navy base..
It weird that UFO keep coming near the Navy base in Seal Beach, California.
