Big cigar shaped UFO caught on video in the sky of Saint-Valery-en-Caux in upper Normandy in France. The video was made on January 17 2012 during the day in clear blue sky. The ufo was said to be rotating, hovering and moving.
The UFO instantly disappeared at 2:24. Looks like a big falling object,but in fact the object is not falling, he's like hovering and moving very slowly...
