Colorful Flashing UFO caught on video somewhere over Scotland in 2011

Ufo video made in Scotland on November 21st 2011. We do not have the exact location of this ufo sighting. The interesting thing about this ufo footage is the fact that the unidentified flying object stayed at the same place for a long period of time without showing any signs of moving.
The other aspect of this ufo video is the flashing of colorful lights very similar to an airplane. But this ufo had a double saucer shape and definitely no signs of wings coming out of is main body. So in conclusion, if this craft had no wings and had flashing colored lights, we must consider this sighting to be a real ufo.
