Video captures a rare visit of a bright shinning UFO in Uganda Africa

This unidentified flying object was captured passing in the night sky somewhere unknown inside Uganda. The information we received with this ufo video said that the ufo was bright and huge, which illiminate the possibility that this perticular ufo was a small chinese lantern floating in the sky.
