On New Years at around 1:00 AM I was talking my girlfriend home and along the way I spotted a mysterious light in the sky. At first, I believed it to be a satellite tower that I have never noticed before, but afterwards, I realized it was moving. I pointed the object out to my girlfriend and we watched it until we arrived at her house. When we got to her house, we both got out of the car and had realized that it had followed us back towards her house. The object then flew overhead between the tree line in front of her house and the middle of the road. We watched the object for several minutes until it finally faded away towards the big dipper.
