UFO Sightings Report: I'm retired Captain of Argentina Air Force, December 20, 2012 I was with my family on the waterfront of Rio Gallegos ( Gallegos River it is in the Province of Santa Cruz south of Patagonia in Argentina ) and missing about 20 minutes for the 16 hours.
We were located on a platform where an old shell of a warehouse and the coastal road crosses underneath, behind us about 50 meters in a parking dock circular had another marriage with a young , and beyond was also back our old wooden pier about 200 meters .
Beside our left was the coastal road to the right about 40 meters iron fence that overlooks the beach and is built on the breakwater.
We were facing west in front of us and had people running and working out, a police car parked about 100 meters and other parking darsena that gives directly to the beach and has no breakwater or near.
In this darsena was a man standing next to a white car limited by some orange traffic pines and several tripods with photographic, video equipment on them, I remember it well because I thought it would be filming a documentary .
At that moment we heard a plane and get my wife had the camera in hand prepared to take a picture , but my son caught our attention for us to look toward the west , above the estuary were seen coming towards us two lights about 200 meters high very quickly , in principle I thought they were fighter jets.
We were looking at the front and the other people who were also in the round darsena were watching within seconds the lights came up to where we were and we went over the plane was landing . This aircraft was the Tango 01 , the plane of the President of Argentina .
We continue to view the lights , they had an organic look and as mother of pearl , one came later than the other; the first was a down turn and stayed stopped just 10 meters above the water , two children ran to the iron fence for a better view and beach were two fishermen who were pointing the light was still and that had become more opaque.
The other light made a wide turn , behind us and by the city and turned toward the plane that had fallen over and was almost on the shoreline , two people who were running saw this and had to look on feet where we were with my wife .
This light was put on the plane and moved on it I reckon about 500 meters, there my lady took the photograph which accompanies this report and which I did some home , which also attached filters . Then the light went out and we did not see it , the other was on the water also disappeared .
Among our family, the other family , fishermen and brokers at least 11 people saw this, the two lights did not seem solid but rather organic and changed its brilliance and at times seemed more elongated . The fact is that moving to a huge hard speed visual tracking my humble estimate is about 800 kilometers per hour.
I can not say they were UFOs because I had never seen forms like something flying , but it sure was something totally unknown and totally impossible to be a tech man made for speed , the turns without stopping and the fact remain motionless in air, these lights were smart moves .
We heard no sound , nothing at all takes under a minute and days later we learned that a man had shot the plane and the lights had appeared in the video , we assume that it was the man in the white car .
I tried to reach him but the line went dead several times so I gave up . Publish this now because I 've read several profiles on the Internet in which is said that what happened that day was the moon or a satellite, or a reflection in the camera that took the video , it's all a lie.
We and others saw what happened on December 20, 2012 something happened above Rio Gallegos , if you want to call or ufos UFO is the same, it was totally true and unknown.

Original Language Spanish:Soy Capitán retirado de la Fuerza Aérea Argentina, el 20 de diciembre de 2012 estaba con mi familia en la costanera de Río Gallegos (Río Gallegos queda en la Provincia de Santa Cruz al sur de la Patagonia en Argentina) y faltaban unos 20 minutos para las 16 horas.
Estabamos ubicados en una plataforma donde está un antiguo armazón de un galpón y la calle costanera lo atraviesa por debajo, detrás nuestro a unos 50 metros en una dársena de estacionamiento de forma circular había otro matrimonio con un joven, y mas allá también atrás nuestro estaba el viejo muelle de madera a unos 200 metros.
Al lado nuestro a la izquierda estaba la calle costanera y a la derecha a unos 40 metros la cerca de hierro que da a la playa y está construida sobre el rompeolas.
Estábamos mirando hacia el Oeste y frente a nosotros había personas corriendo y haciendo ejercicio, un auto policial estacionado y a unos 100 metros otra darsena de estacionamiento que dá directamente a la playa y no tiene rompeolas ni cerca.
En esa darsena estaba un hombre de pie al lado de un auto blanco limitado por algunos pinos de tránsito color naranja y varios tripodes con equipos de fotografia o video en ellos, lo recuerdo bien pues pensamos que estaria filmando un documental.
En ese momento escuchamos llegar un avión y mi esposa que tenía la camara en la mano se dispuso a tomarle una fotografia, pero mi hijo nos llamó la atención para que miremos en dirección al Oeste, por sobre la ría se veían venir hacia nosotros dos luces a unos 200 metros de altura muy velozmente, en principio pensé que eran aviones de combate.
Nosotros las estabamos mirando de frente y las otras personas que estaban en la darsena redonda tambien las estaban mirando, en cuestión de segundos las luces llegaron hasta donde estábamos y pasaron por encima del avión que estaba aterrizando. Este avión era el Tango 01, el avión de la Presidencia de Argentina.
Seguimos las luces con la vista, las mismas tenían un aspecto orgánico y como de nacar, una venía más adelante que la otra; la primera hizo un giro hacia abajo y se quedó detenida a solo 10 metros por encima del agua, mis dos hijos corrieron hasta la cerca de hierro para ver mejor y en la playa había dos pescadores que estaban señalando la luz que estaba inmovil y que se había vuelto más opaca.
La otra luz hizo un giro amplio por detras nuestro y por sobre la ciudad y volvió en dirección al avión que ya había descendido más y estaba casi sobre la línea de la costa, dos personas que estaban corriendo vieron esto y se quedaron mirando a metros de donde estabamos con mi señora.
Esta luz se puso sobre el avión y se trasladó sobre él calculo que unos 500 metros, allí mi señora le tomó la fotografia que adjunto a este reporte y de la cual hice algunos filtros caseros, que también adjunto. Luego esta luz se apagó y no volvimos a verla, la otra que estaba sobre el agua también desapareció.
Entre nuestra familia, la otra familia, los pescadores y los corredores al menos 11 personas vimos esto, las dos luces no parecían sólidas sino mas bien orgánicas y cambiaban su brillo y por momentos parecían más alargadas. Lo concreto es que se movían a una enorme velocidad dificil de seguir con la vista, mi cálculo más humilde es de unos 800 kilometros por hora.
No puedo decir que eran ovnis porque nunca había visto formas así en algo volador, pero es seguro que eran algo totalmente desconocido y totalmente imposible que fuera una tecnologia fabricada por el hombre por su velocidad, los giros sin detenerse y el hecho de quedarse inmóviles en el aire, estas luces tenían movimientos inteligentes.
No escuchamos sonido alguno, nada de nada, todo duró menos de un minuto y días después supimos que un hombre había filmado al avión y que las luces habian aparecido en el video, suponemos que se trataba del hombre en el auto blanco.
Traté de comunicarme con él pero la comunicación se cortó varias veces así que desistí. Publico esto ahora porque he leido varios perfiles en internet en los cuales se dice que lo que ocurrió ese día fue la Luna, o un satélite, o un reflejo en la cámara que tomó el video, todo eso es mentira.
Nosotros y otras personas vieron lo que ocurrió, el 20 de diciembre de 2012 algo paso por arriba de Río Gallegos, si lo quieren llamar ovnis o ufos es lo mismo, fue algo totalmente verdadero y desconocido.
