On January 31 2011 at 9:40 AM from his office on a 16th floor, a citizen saw a strange glowing sphere hovering over the buildings in a hot day. He did not pay any attention at first until the unidentified flying object seem to stay there. The witness could not tell if the light was on a building or a hill in the distance while moving himself to change the perspective of his view. He couldn't say for sure if the UFO light was 'attached' to anything. He took a photo with his phone even if he knew it was a terrible quality but allowed him to get a reference shot. He went down to the street for a break and could not see anything. When he went back up at the same exact place, the UFO was gone. The next day in the same similar conditions, he did not see any light or something close to it. There is absolutely nothing in the air between the two points he used as reference (a building and a church spire). On this blurry UFO picture we can see a very bright glowing Spherical Shaped UFO standing in the cloudy sky way up over any skyscraper tops, ending the theory about this UFO sighting being a simple reflection of light. The witness explain that he found on the internet, that someone else in Melbourne has seen the same thing a few days ago and so did someone in Japan.
