At 9:10 AM, Yin Hongyu took this UFO passing over the buildings on the shore of the Songhua river. The white bright UFO was very fast as we can see on this picture. Yin Hongyu is a teacher at the Harbin City Sports Dance Club and he was on the bridge to take photos of the city. He remember seeing a bright spot flash by in the sky and thought it was a plane but when he look at the picture he just took, he saw an oval shape object with a dragging tail. He call reporters to explains his UFO sighting, and when they arrived on site they found out that Yin had shot a total of 3 photos between 9:09 and 9:10:30, and on one of those there was an Ellipsoid shaped unidentified flying object. Reporters contacted provincial and municipal meteorological departments to explain the event, and were told it was maybe a reflection or a meteorological effect or phenomenon.
