Web cam user show captured screen image to prove his saying that sunrise or sunset reveals cloaked UFOs in the sky for a short time frame. This web cam image was captured on January 19 2011 at 9:25 AM from a Japanese web cam looking at the view between the cities of Chiba and Asahi in the Chiba Prefecture of Japan. The web cam user explains that the unidentified flying objects were moving slowly while the three larger ones in the center were going upwards. Here is his explanation of his sunrise/sunset effect theory on cloaked UFOs:"I have said time and time again, if you want to see a UFO sighting, walk outside during sunrise or sunset when the light bends at a different angle when it hits cloaked UFOs. The UFOs may be revealed from 10 seconds to 5 minutes, but no one will believe it unless you get a photo so grab your camera first.". On this UFO picture that was captured from the web cam screen, we can see a fleet of UFOs all over the sky in the mountainous region of the Chiba Prefecture of Japan.
