In the winter of 1991, two teenagers were on the shore of the Volga river near the city of Tver (formerly called Kalinintown) in the Tver Oblast in Russia. The information says that around 1:00 to 2:00 PM on November 4 1991, the two boys saw an unidentified flying object over the river. The UFO picture was taken by 17 years old Alexandr Pavlov from Migalov quay on the Volga river. The other boy is 14 year old Alexey Vasilyev. On this dark UFO picture we can see the black UFO over a light grey sky, from which we can determine the Double Saucer with Dome shape.
